Cooking algorithm:

  1. The first step is to prepare the filling. Chop the cabbage as finely as possible. Blanch in boiling water for exactly 1 minute, drain the water.
  2. Fry the minced meat in oil, add salt and spices. Mix with cabbage and herbs.
  3. Prepare the dough - first mix eggs, salt, soda, kefir and mayonnaise. Then add flour to the mixture and beat with a mixer.
  4. Grease the mold with oil and pour part of the dough into it (about half). Then carefully lay out the filling, pour the remaining dough on top and smooth it with a spoon.
  5. Place the pie prepared for baking in the oven. Baking time: half an hour; pierce with a wooden stick to check.

Pour this mixture over the egg and margarine and slowly add flour.

You know - I really love delicious food! True, I still haven’t finally decided what I love more – either eating it or cooking it. Well, while I’m deciding, I’m collecting recipes for various delicacies into my collection.

This time there will be meat pie, prepared by one sweet girl (alas, not mine). She recorded the cooking process with a camera, which undoubtedly speaks of her generosity. After all, as some greedy cooks usually do: they prepare delicious dishes on the sly, according to an exclusive recipe that they don’t tell anyone. Well, who benefits from this?!

However, all my friends and acquaintances are not like that, they are kind, happy to share their little secrets of the art of cooking, and I am already sharing them with you.

Preparation:

  1. It all starts with taking flour and margarine. The flour is sifted into the cut pieces of margarine.
  2. Then everything is carefully rubbed by hand.
  3. You also need to prepare sour milk (or kefir), egg, soda, salt, sugar.
  4. All this is thoroughly mixed (just don’t overdo it with soda, salt and sugar - you only need to add a pinch of each ingredient! However, everyone has different tastes), and poured into the grated flour and margarine.
  5. Then everything is thoroughly mixed until a homogeneous mass is obtained, popularly called dough, which is formed into a ball and carefully wrapped in cellophane film.
  6. While the dough is ripening, we begin filling the pie. To do this, we prepared meat, onions and potatoes in advance.
  7. We cut everything cooked into very small cubes (using a meat grinder is strictly not recommended!) and mix:

  13. We divide it into two equal parts, each of which we roll out with a rolling pin on a table sprinkled with flour into cakes 10 mm thick. Using a plate of the largest possible diameter, trim the edges of the dough. You should end up with two absolutely identical circles.
  14. Grease a baking sheet with oil and use a rolling pin to transfer one of the cakes onto it.
  15. We mark the middle with a small saucer, lightly pressing it into the dough, while the width of the dough from the middle to the edge should be at least 5 cm.
  16. We spread the pre-prepared fillings. Place the minced meat in the middle of the circle and grated cheese around it. We try to place the cheese so that it does not extend beyond the crust.
  17. Cover the top with the second cake layer and mark the middle with the same saucer, lightly pressing it into the dough.
  18. Without removing the saucer, we make identical cuts radiating from the saucer like rays of the sun.
  19. We close each of the resulting petals along the edge, and on one side lightly pressing the dough with our fingers.
  20. We turn the petals inside out, placing them on the sealed side and slightly moving the edges to the sides. We process all the petals in this way, turning them all in one direction.
  21. Brush the resulting sunflower-shaped cheese and meat pie with beaten egg and sprinkle the middle with poppy seeds.
  22. Bake for half an hour in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. You can eat it both hot and cold.

  2. Dough No. 2: whisk mayonnaise with two eggs and 15 g of baking powder in a bowl. Add 200 grams of flour and mix everything thoroughly. The dough should be thick like pancakes;
  3. Peel the onion, cut finely into half rings and fry;

  5. Chop the meat fillet into medium pieces and fry in a frying pan with the addition of spices;
  6. Place dough No. 1 in a baking dish, after rolling it out a little. The edges of the mold should be covered with dough. Make punctures in the bottom of the dough with a fork, heat the oven to 200 degrees and place the form with the dough into it;
  7. After 10 minutes, remove the pie crust and evenly layer on it: meat, mushrooms, onions;
  8. Pour dough No. 2 on top, the filling should be all covered, put in the oven, lowering the temperature to 180 degrees.

  • Milk – ½ cup;
  • Kefir – ½ cup;

  • 1 egg;
  • Flour – 0.5 kg.

Cooking method:

  1. Add yeast and sugar to milk. Leave to ferment for 15 minutes;
  2. After a while, break the egg into the milk and pour in kefir mixed with salt. Mix everything, add flour and prepare the dough. It needs to be covered and kept warm;
  3. After an hour, knead the dough again and divide into 2 parts, put one back in the heat, roll the second 0.4 cm thick;
  4. Take a glass and use it to squeeze out circles from the dough layer. Knead the scraps, roll them out and cut out circles again with a glass;
  5. Now you need to put a teaspoon of minced meat on each circle, distribute it and sprinkle with cheese. Fold in half, pressing a little and in half again, pinching the edge. You will get a kind of petal;
  6. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Place the petals in a circle, distributing them tightly among themselves. When everything is laid out, do the same with the other part of the dough;
  7. Lay out the middle with three round pieces, making a bud;
  8. Cover the pie with film and let stand for a while;
  9. Beat milk and egg and brush over the surface of the pie.

Bake the pie at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Grease the finished pie with butter and let cool slightly.

  1. Make the pancake batter: beat the sugar and eggs, then slowly add the flour. Pour milk and vegetable oil into the mixture and whisk well. After scooping up half a ladle of the resulting mixture, carefully pour it into the frying pan. Fry pancakes on both sides;
  2. Chop the meat with onions and pass through a meat grinder, adding spices and salt;
  3. Fry the resulting minced meat in a frying pan, adding a chopped boiled egg. Make a paste from the minced meat using a blender;
  4. Grate the cheese;
