So, we need:

— chicken fillet — 250 grams;
- turmeric - 1/3 teaspoon;
- olive oil - 1 tbsp. spoon;
— sea salt — 1 teaspoon;
- coriander - 1/3 teaspoon;
- mixture of peppers - 1/3 teaspoon;
- water - 1 tbsp. spoon.

How to prepare chicken filling for pies, pancakes, pizza, shawarma

Chilled or frozen chicken fillet is suitable for this dish. I had a piece of frozen meat that needed to be thawed in cold water or microwave before cooking. Cut into pieces about 1-1.5 centimeters in diameter.

Heat a frying pan, add odorless olive oil. Add fillet pieces and fry over medium heat. Sprinkle sea ​​salt(you can use regular salt if you don’t have sea salt), turmeric, a mixture of peppers and coriander. All spices are used in ground form. If the meat has been frozen, it will begin to release water. In this case, there is no need to add additional water. But you need to add a little water to the chilled chicken fillet so that the meat is thoroughly stewed. The water should be boiled and, preferably, hot.

Fry the meat over low heat until the water evaporates and the fillet pieces acquire a pleasant golden color. If you are preparing meat for pizza, then frying for about five minutes is enough. The meat will acquire the rest of its brownness in the oven.

Leave the finished spicy chicken fillet in the pan to cool and brew.

You can serve meat with any side dishes. I very often prepare it for filling in. My favorite spicy shawarma chicken meat, champignons, vegetables and sauce.

Fried pies with chicken meat, onions, carrots - it's so delicious! Who hasn’t tried pies with this filling yet, try it, it’s something! In general, this filling is an excellent way to utilize ready-made chicken meat; both boiled and baked chicken are suitable: for example, after baking a whole chicken we sometimes have breasts left over, and that’s when I make pies :)

So, prepare any dough for pies (your favorite or the same as I cook), boiled or baked chicken meat, onions, carrots, vegetable oil, salt, ground black pepper.

I prepare the dough for pies either with yeast, if time permits, or with kefir and soda. This time the dough is yeast-free. To prepare this dough, add soda and salt to heated kefir, stir, pour in vegetable oil, stir, add flour and knead the dough. Leave it for 15 minutes, then knead. That's it - I'm telling you, the dough is very quick :) But don't add the flour all at once, but in parts so that the dough isn't too hard. It is possible that you will need even a little less flour than I indicated.

For the filling, grind boiled or baked chicken meat in a meat grinder, add fried vegetable oil onions (diced) and carrots (finely grated), salt, ground pepper.

Mix the filling for future pies.

Divide the dough into 10-12 parts according to the number of pies, roll into flat cakes, distribute the filling, seal the edges (with a fork so that the seams do not separate) and lightly roll out again with a rolling pin, but be careful that the dough does not break.

Fry the pies on both sides in vegetable oil.

  • 150 milliliters of warm water;
  • 35 grams of butter;
  • 300 grams of chicken fillet;
  • 2 onions;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • 2 sweet bell peppers;
  • 60 grams of oatmeal;
  • raw chicken yolk (for lubrication);
  • olive oil, pepper, salt, cilantro, sugar.

Preparation:

Initially, sponge dough is prepared. Dissolve half a spoonful of sugar in warm water and add yeast. Pour flour and salt into a bowl. Make a hole in the central part and pour in the dissolved yeast. Then add warm butter. Knead the dough. It is left in a warm place to expand in size. The risen dough is deflated.

For the filling, fry onions, carrots, bell pepper, tomatoes, meat. The filling is salted and peppered. Add cilantro.

  2. Salt is added to the flour. Stir.
