Cancellation conditions

If the person recovering (purchase of the voucher) refuses the services (reservation of the voucher) earlier than one day before the start date of the provision of services, the money is returned in full.
If a person recovering refuses services later than one day before the date of arrival, on the date of arrival or during the period of stay in the sanatorium provided for in the contract with the sanatorium, and the contract is terminated at the initiative of the person recovering, the sanatorium has the right to withhold from the person recovering cash for expenses actually incurred by the sanatorium (clause 1 of article 782 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, article 32 of Federal Law No. 2300-1 “On the protection of consumer rights”).
The sanatorium is not responsible and does not compensate for financial losses caused by the untimely arrival of the person recovering at the sanatorium or his early departure, if such events did not occur through the fault of the sanatorium, as well as in the event that the person recovering (buyer of the voucher) did not take advantage of the paid and provided services included included in the price of the trip, or if the provision of services was terminated due to violation of the rules of stay in the sanatorium by the person recovering.

Claims regarding the discrepancy of any factual circumstances with the subjective expectations of the person recovering, arising from information from third parties or from unfounded assumptions of the person recovering, will not be accepted.
