Recirculating dust collection units APR-1200, APR-1600, APRK-1200, APRK-1600 are designed for suction and air purification from dry, non-stick, fine abrasive dust. The dust collecting apparatus consists of a housing, a built-in cyclone element for separating large fractions of dust, a dust collector, centrifugal fan with profiled blades, installed inside the housing, built-in silencer and filter stage. As a filter stage, either a filter can be installed on the dust collecting apparatus sleeve made of imported needle-punched calendered material based on polyester fibers(APR-1200, APR-1600), or filter paper cassette of cleaning class F9 (APRK-1200, APRK-1600).
Devices with a filter bag have a relatively small filter surface and, as a result, low dust holding capacity.
Devices with a cassette, due to the developed filtration surface, have a significantly higher dust holding capacity, which makes it possible to ensure long work device without a significant decrease in performance. On dust collecting devices with a filter cassette, the residual dust concentration, as a rule, does not exceed 0.5 mg/m3.
The devices are installed in close proximity to the machines, providing a suction speed of up to 22 m/s. Optimally suitable for equipment with a small load factor of 0.1/0.2. Several local suction units can be connected to one device.

APRC recirculating dust collection devices are designed for suction and air purification from dry, non-coalescing fine abrasive dust.
The device consists of a housing, a built-in cyclonic element for separating large fractions, a dust collector, a centrifugal fan with profiled blades installed inside the housing, a built-in silencer and a filter stage. A cassette is installed on the device as a filtering stage. The cassette has a developed filtration surface and, accordingly, a large dust capacity, which allows for long-term operation of the device without a significant decrease in productivity. Polyester cassettes have high mechanical strength and, accordingly, a long service life.
Filter cassettes produced by our company have a cleaning class of F7 (fine cleaning) and E10 (high efficiency filters), the residual dust concentration, as a rule, does not exceed 0.5 mg/m³.
The devices are installed in close proximity to the machines, providing suction speeds of up to 22 m/s. Ideally suited for equipment with low load factors.
Air ducts, transitions and manifolds for several inputs can be supplied with the devices.
