  • sugar – 1 teaspoon;
  • soy sauce - 2 table. spoons;
  • butter – 50 g;
  • seasonings, herbs, salt, vegetable oil.

The wings are washed and dried with paper towels. A marinade is made that contains soy and tomato sauces, add seasonings, a little vegetable oil, sugar. The wings are marinated for about 3 hours. Pour flour and spices into a deep bowl, mix everything thoroughly, roll each portion in the mixture.

Then you need to take a baking sheet and put a sheet of foil on it, then place the prepared wings there. Vegetable oil is added and another sheet of foil is placed on top. The oven should be preheated to 200 degrees C, at this temperature the dish will be baked for about 15 minutes. Then take out the baking sheet, remove the foil, and leave the wings to cool slightly. The finished dish is sprinkled with spices, herbs, and served with a side dish to taste.



In mint dressing

Ingredients:

  • mint sauce - 2 table. spoons;
  • chicken wings – 800 g;
  • mayonnaise - 1 table. spoon;
  • mustard – 1 teaspoon;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • garlic – 4 cloves;
  • sugar - 1 table. spoon;
  • ground black pepper – 1 teaspoon;
  • paprika, turmeric and other seasonings;
  • green;
  • vegetable oil.

First you need to make the marinade in a deep bowl, into which the washed wings are then placed. The meat is soaked for four hours, then placed in a frying pan and cooked over low heat for about thirty minutes.

Wings in mint dressing turn out very tasty when cooked on the grill. The wings are removed from the marinade and placed on a grill greased with vegetable oil. 15 minutes will be enough for the dish to be ready.


During heat treatment, it is important to monitor the product, pouring sauce over it occasionally to prevent it from drying out too much.

In hot sauce

  • chicken wings – 800 g;
  • garlic – 4 cloves;
  • onions – 1 pc.;
  • carrots – 1 pc.;
  • soy sauce - half a glass;
  • ground black and red pepper;
  • paprika;
  • khmeli-suneli;
  • small red hot pepper;
  • herbs, salt, vegetable oil.

The garlic must be squeezed out by hand press. Vegetables are cut into small pieces. Place all ingredients (except wings) and seasonings into a deep container and mix thoroughly. The mixture can be put on the fire for a short time so that it warms up, but does not boil. Then the wings are placed in the prepared marinade, after 5 hours they can be removed and cooked. Hot sauce is versatile for frying. You can cook on coals, on the grill, in a frying pan, on a baking sheet.



It is only important to monitor the cooking process so that the product does not burn.

With adjika in the oven

Required Products:

  • chicken wings – 800 g;
  • mayonnaise – 120 g;
  • adjika – 4 table. spoons;
  • garlic – 5 cloves;
  • ground black pepper;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • carrots – 1 pc.;
  • salt;
  • vegetable oil;
  • soy sauce - 1 table. spoon.

All products are mixed in a deep container. Garlic and carrots are rubbed through a fine grater, onions are cut into thin rings. The wings are soaked in the marinade for 5 hours, its color should be bright red. Then they are cooked in a frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil. The fire should be low and it will take no more than 20 minutes to be fully cooked. Wings cooked in adjika have a spicy original taste.



With orange juice

You can get very tasty chicken wings if you pre-soak them in orange marinade. To prepare you need:

  • orange juice – half a glass;
  • chicken wings – 1 kg;
  • garlic – 4 cloves;
  • soy sauce - half a glass;
  • spices, herbs, salt;
  • vegetable oil;
  • cumin, flaxseed, sesame.

The wings are soaked in the prepared marinade for several hours (no more than 10). Then the oven is heated to a temperature of +200 degrees Celsius, a frying pan with the product is placed there, and the contents are filled with marinade. You should also sprinkle with spices and salt. Heat treatment can last up to twenty minutes. It is recommended to cover the frying pan with a lid, then the moisture will not evaporate quickly and the container will create its own microenvironment. The product will become juicy and will not dry out.



Mustard marinade

You can cook wings in mustard-lemon sauce in the oven. This dish requires a minimum amount of ingredients:

  • mustard – 1 tablespoon;
  • wings – 800 g;
  • lemon juice - 2 tablespoons. spoons;
  • spices;
  • green;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • garlic – 4 cloves;
  • lemon – 0.5 pcs.;
  • vegetable oil.

The sauce is made in a bowl with the addition of vegetable oil, mustard, and spices. The wings are soaked in the sauce for two hours. Then a sheet of foil is placed on a baking sheet, the wings are placed, which are covered with another sheet of foil. The cooking temperature is +200 degrees C. Thirty minutes will be enough for everything to be cooked. Mustard sauce combined with spices is a very tasty condiment.
