  3. When the mixture heats up, the soda rises in large bubbles, remove the kefir from the heat.
  4. Break into kefir mass raw eggs.
  5. Add granulated sugar and vanillin.
  6. Slowly add flour, stirring the mixture with a fork.
  7. Place everything in a blender and grind.
  8. When the dough is homogeneous, add vegetable oil.

I came across the recipe on the Internet. I was interested, although I already had a favorite recipe. And at that moment I also had eggs in stock, but I became curious how much they would differ in taste. Yes, and I have periods when I don’t have eggs, but I want tasty treats.

In general, I decided not to guess, but to try. True, according to the recipe, the dough was kneaded with milk, and I had a glass of kefir. But I think that in this case it did not play a global role. From personal experience I will say that pancakes can be made from any dairy and fermented milk products.

Well, now, the actual recipe.
The quantities of ingredients are based on one glass of liquid.

1 stack kefir,
1 tsp. soda,
2 tbsp. l. Sahara,
a pinch of salt
1 tbsp. l. starch,
1 stack flour
1-2 tbsp. l. rast. oils

Pour kefir into a bowl, pour soda into it and leave for a few minutes so that the soda is extinguished. If milk is used, the soda must be quenched with vinegar. Add sugar, salt, starch to kefir, mix, and then flour.
The consistency of the dough should be thick, but fluid, so that you pour it into the pan and not spoon it. If the dough suddenly turns out too thick, add more liquid. And at the end we add the plant to the dough. oil, mix well and leave while the pan heats up.

Is it possible to cook pancakes with water? It is a mistake to believe that a recipe for water pancakes without eggs is somehow inferior in taste to its counterparts containing dairy products. It is quite possible to make delicious pancakes using water, but to do this you need to know some tricks.

To get fluffy pancakes with water, you can’t do without baking powder or soda (in some recipes, yeast). For the same reason, the flour must be sifted before preparing pancakes.

  • 150 g sifted flour;
  • 2 tsp. wine vinegar (white);
  • a quarter liter of milk;
  • half a teaspoon of soda;
  • sugar – 50 g;

  • baking powder – ½ tsp.

  • 50 g butter;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • a bag of vanilla sugar.

First you need to mix sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour, baking powder, 0.75 cups of milk, salt, cocoa with a whisk or mixer. Pour the melted butter into the remaining warm milk.
