Then we wash the vegetables under cold running water and dry them with paper kitchen towels, take turns placing on cutting board and grind it. Cut the onion into half rings or cubes up to 5 - 6 millimeters thick.

Shred the cabbage into strips up to 7 millimeters thick, place it in a deep bowl, and the rest of the cuts in deep plates. We also put on kitchen table salt, tomato paste and black pepper.

Now let's start preparing the dish. Turn on and warm up the multicooker for 5 minutes on mode "Bakery". Then pour vegetable oil into its bowl and add chopped onion. Let's fry him 5 minutes stirring occasionally with a wooden kitchen spatula or plastic spoon.

During the entire cooking time, the multicooker lid can be opened several times and the vegetables can be mixed again. If at the end of stewing there is a lot of water left at the bottom of the bowl, fry the cabbage on the "Bakery" 5 – 10 minutes, depending on the amount of liquid.

With meat

This recipe for stewed cabbage in a slow cooker is very popular. The dish consists of pork (500 g), onions, tomatoes and carrots (1/1/2 pcs.), white cabbage (0.9-1 kg). You will also need ketchup (3 tbsp), a bunch of parsley and fat (2 tbsp).

Wash, peel and chop the vegetables. Dry the washed meat, cut into 2x2 cm pieces. Place the fat in the multicooker container and fry the meat in the appropriate mode. Then add the chopped onion, and after a few minutes, the carrots. Add ketchup, heat for a couple of minutes, then place the cabbage in the bowl and spread the diced tomato on top (remove the skin). Season, sprinkle with herbs, pour in 0.5 tbsp. water. Simmer for 50 minutes (select the appropriate mode). If there is a lot of liquid left, then turn on the Pilaf mode for another quarter of an hour.

You can use the same recipe for a pressure cooker. Grease the container, place in succession the meat, onions, carrots, shredded white cabbage, and tomato slices. Season, add herbs and salt. Pour in about 100 ml of hot water. Close the valve and set to Simmer for a quarter of an hour.

With sausages

Imbued with the sausage aroma, stewed cabbage cooked in a slow cooker acquires a special taste. Take 250 g of sausages, as well as 1 kg of cabbage, 70 g of tomato, a clove of garlic, seasonings, onions, sweet peppers, carrots.

Grind the shredded cabbage with your hands and crush the garlic. Wash the remaining vegetables and cut them. Cut the smoked sausages into slices. Place everything in a multicooker container, pour in a sauce consisting of tomato, a third of a glass of water, and seasonings. Mix everything and cook for an hour (Stew). Mix again halfway through the cycle.

With chicken

Chicken meat has dietary properties, cooks quickly and is easily absorbed by the body. How to cook stewed cabbage in a slow cooker? Take carrots and onions (1 piece and 2 pieces, respectively), 400-500 g of chicken meat and 800 g of cabbage. You will also need seasonings, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 100 ml tomato juice, herbs.

Cut the washed and dried meat into pieces of equal size and season. Pour oil into a bowl, place chopped onions, grated carrots on top, then place meat. The last layer is cabbage salted and crushed by hand. Turn on Baking for half an hour. After the signal about the end of the cycle, pour in tomato juice, add seasonings and salt (if necessary), stir. With sauerkraut

Stewed sauerkraut in a slow cooker turns out great. Take 1-1.2 kg of sauerkraut, 700 g of smoked ribs, vegetables (onions, carrots and fresh tomatoes - 1 pc. each), vegetable oil (2 tbsp.). Also use tomato sauce (1.5 tbsp), sugar and seasonings.

If the cabbage is very sour, then soak it in water for an hour, and then drain it in a colander and squeeze it out. In the Frying mode, fry the onions and carrots, preheating the vegetable oil. Add sauerkraut. After 7-10 minutes, add the tomato (peeled and chopped), season, add a little sugar to balance the taste. If necessary, add salt and stir. Place smoked ribs on top. Simmer for 1 hour (set to the same mode).

Lenten recipe

The absence of meat does not allow you to get a truly satisfying dish, so in vegetarian cuisine it is often replaced with mushrooms. So, to prepare a lean dish, take 800 g of cabbage, 200 g of champignons and cherry tomatoes (you can replace them with salad tomatoes), onions and carrots (1 piece each). The amount of fat is 2 tbsp.

Scald the tomatoes, having previously made cross-shaped cuts, cool in cold water and remove the skin. Cut each fruit into 4 parts. Chop the cabbage, cut the washed champignons into slices, chop the onion, grate the carrots. If you are on a diet, you can eliminate the frying process - pour oil into the bowl, place onions, carrots, mushrooms, cabbage, and tomatoes in sequence. Turn on Bake for 20 minutes. Then season, salt, stir. Simmer in the same mode for another 40 minutes. If diet is not your goal, then successively fry the onions with carrots and mushrooms (Frying). Then add cabbage and tomatoes. Simmer, adding salt and seasonings, for 1 hour.

Diet recipe

To prepare a dietary dish, take vegetables - 2 pcs. carrots, sweet peppers, onions and tomatoes, as well as 1 kg of cabbage. The norm for vegetable oil is 2 tbsp, assortment of seasonings - to taste. You will also need rice and water (1 tbsp/2 tbsp).

First, fry the diced onion, then add the grated carrots and pepper strips. After 7-10 minutes, pour in the tomato mass (wipe the peeled tomatoes). Rub the shredded cabbage with your hands, place in a bowl, stir, season, close the lid and leave for 15 minutes (if the cabbage is young, this step can be omitted). Wash the rice, place it in a bowl, pour in hot water, add salt and seasonings. Cook in Pilaf mode for 40 minutes.

With cauliflower

Take 500 g of cauliflower, 3 tomatoes, 2 sweet peppers, 1 onion, 1 carrot. You also need butter (50 g), 1 tbsp. flour, a pinch of sugar, a small amount of salt.

Pour salted cabbage cold water, and after 15 minutes, rinse and cook (5 minutes from the moment of boiling). Cut the pepper into cubes, grate the carrots, and turn the tomatoes into puree. Heat the oil in Baking mode, add the chopped onion and fry a little. Dredge the cauliflower florets in flour and place on top of the onions. Grate the butter on top, close the lid and cook for another 15 minutes. Then add carrots and bell peppers. Mix everything, pour in tomato puree, season, add a little salt. Close the lid again and cook for 10 minutes.
