Light dinner

Dinner consists of dishes similar to lunch, but the portions are approximately half the size:

  • fish in the oven, salad with radish;
  • boiled chicken breast, salad;
  • grated beets with nuts and sour cream, beef;
  • seaweed, poultry or meat;
  • stewed or fried liver, grapefruit.

Snacks

To suppress hunger on a weight loss diet with negative blood type 1, it is recommended to have snacks between main meals:

  • unsweetened fruit;
  • fresh vegetables;
  • unsweetened tea;
  • oat cookies;
  • dried fruits.
