However, to access utilities hidden in the interceiling space, it is necessary to install special hatches.

In general, suspended ceilings will save you from many inconveniences. For example, they get dirty much less than many other types of ceilings, and they won’t take too much time to maintain. It is enough to clean them with a vacuum cleaner once a week.
