How to cook

  1. Cut the garlic into thin slices.
  2. Cut the celery into diagonal slices.
  3. Pour boiling water over the peas (without defrosting).
  4. Place butter in a frying pan, add thyme and garlic.
  5. Once the butter has melted, add the peas and celery, salt and pepper.
  6. Sprinkle with flour and add cream, bring to a boil, stirring lightly.
  7. Season with lemon zest, mustard, and garnish with parsley when serving.
