We choose a timber that should be free of knots and cracks. The wood must be of a durable type: cedar, spruce, oak or birch.

Important! To make the structure more durable, you can make another tie located at a distance of 20 cm from the top of the racks.

It is necessary to cut two isosceles trapezoids, the height of which is 10 cm. Using self-tapping screws and metal corners, they need to be secured to inside beams at the very top of the structure. They will become an additional support for the supporting beam.
To make the seat you will need to create two frames. For the seat – dimensions 2000x500 mm, for the back – 2000x650 mm. To strengthen the internal contour of the frames, they are used vertical racks rigidity. Self-tapping screws and corners are used to connect the backrest and seat. Cladding boards are used for cladding. It is also possible to install armrests.
The suspension mount is created using eye bolts: one pair is screwed into the backrests, its upper beam, and the second into the seat, its front beam.
Using self-tapping screws, we install the load-bearing support on the side posts.
We dig holes into which the side supports will go. Their depth should be at least 0.8 m, since the racks will go into 0.6 m of them, and the rest of the space will be used for a crushed stone cushion.
After filling the crushed stone, we place the beams in the pits and fill them with concrete.
Using a building level, we install the racks so that they are at an angle of 90 degrees.
