Technoelast marking

Technoelast ACOUSTIC

Used as a hydro- and sound-insulating element in building structures, including when installing floating floors. Significantly reduces impact noise exposure (by 21–26 dB).

The base consists of soundproof fiberglass, on which a bitumen-polymer layer is applied. The canvas is laid end-to-end (the soundproofing layer is on the base side), taking into account the height finishing coating, secured with tape.

Technoelast ACOUSTIC is manufactured by applying bitumen with polymer inclusions to the surface of fiberglass and, additionally, soundproof geotextiles. The top layer is film. Dimensions: length/width – 15x1 m, thickness – 2.5 or 4.8 mm.

The material is available in two versions: Technoelast ACOUSTIC (thickness – 2.5 mm), Technoelast ACOUSTIC-SUPER (features a thicker web, since the bitumen-polymer composition is applied on both sides).

Technoelast SOLO

Material with wide color scheme, with a coarse-grained top layer and a non-woven fabric underneath. It is used as waterproofing and in the design of single-layer roofing. Convenient to use, irreplaceable in cases where simple mechanical fixation or laying on a layer of mastic is required.

Can be applied to the substrate by partial deposition. It has improved fire-fighting characteristics and is a moderately flammable material that almost does not spread flame.

Consists of a polyester base on which it is attached on both sides binder made of bitumen and polymer SBS, on top - a mineral filler (talc, dolomite, etc.) with the addition of fire retardants. The wide overlapping edge on the sides (1–1.2 cm) is covered for convenience with fusible material or non-woven fabric. Can be glued to a base coated with mastic, mechanically or by fusing, using automatic equipment. The edges must be carefully sealed to ensure a tight seal. The material is very durable, the waterproofing layer is 5 mm. Canvas dimensions: 8x1 m.

Technoelast FIX

It is used when installing the bottom layer of roofing. A mechanical fastening system is used, with subsequent processing of the seams gas burner. This method can significantly reduce the time required to complete the work and ensures free adhesion of the material to the base.

The work is carried out according to the “breathing roof” principle. Possible installation on combustible substrates and any type of insulation, on roofs with a large slope (up to 100%).

The material is two-layer: the top layer is Technoelast EKP, the bottom layer is Technoelast FIX, which was developed specifically for roofing with mechanical fastening. A reinforced, rot-resistant reinforced base made of polyester and coated on both sides with a layer of bitumen mixed with SBS polymers allows you to avoid deformation.
